The iPhone App is frozen or doesn't react. How can I restart it?


Since iOS  5 apps are no longer quit by pressing the home button of your iOS device but sent to the background. Should your Raumfeld App for iPhone, iPod touch or iPad no longer react to touch input it has to be properly quit and restarted in order to solve the problem.


Please follow these instructions:

 

  • First send the Raumfeld App to the background by pressing the home button of your iPhone, iPod touch or iPad.
  • Now double-press the home button of the device. The task bar is displayed and the Raumfeld App appears at the last used app.
  • Touch and hold the icon of the Raumfeld App. A red circle with a minus sign appears on top of all entries in the task bar.
  • Simply touch the Raumfeld icon. It disappears from the list.
  • Press the device's home button in order to get back to normal mode.
  • Restart the Raumfeld App.
